Fantastic service! Bought a pair of La Sportivas with some accessories and the next day first thing got a call to help me with my order as some of the items were not in stock in the amount I wanted. They offered me even better gear at no extra cost to compensate for the stock shortage, ending up getting better what I had chosen and the next day it all arrived and I'm in Sydney! My 2nd purchase done and again super happy with these guys. Totally recommend!

I ordered some shoes which were unfortunately a bit too small. But Bogong made the return and exchange so easy and quick. I would have no hesitations in ordering stuff from them in the future

I came in pretty thrilled by the range of bouldering shoes available, but interaction with the salesman was not very positive. While he recommended the Turantulas, I was hoping for a better option and felt limited in choices. The conversation became a bit uncomfortable as I explained my need for a better performance shoe despite being fairly new to bouldering. It would have been better for the store to focus on solutions rather than the rigid and defensive stance the salesman took. I left the store disappointed since I was willing to invest in something if the approach was more tailored and less about showcasing your knowledge. I will be buying the shoe I want in the end, just not from you guys.

Excellent selection of outdoor gear on ground floor and upstairs. Friendly staff showed me just what I needed for updating gear for cross country skiing. I've also used their online buying service, again receiving personal, friendly & helpful emails when something was not available.

Big shout out to Gerhard, who helped us choosing the right tent. He was really helpful with all his experience in camping. Patiently he explained to us all the details about the different tents. On top of that, he talked a little bit german to us (as my brother and I are from Germany). Great customer support!
